VidUp (vidup.in) is a fully digital service. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical products. All services are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment. No shipping charges apply, ever.

2. Digital Delivery

• Credit packs are activated instantly upon successful payment
• Generated packs (titles, hook script, thumbnail ideas) are available immediately in your dashboard
• No physical delivery is involved at any stage
• No shipping address is required
• No delivery timeframe applies — access is instant

3. Order Confirmation

Upon successful purchase you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address within a few minutes. This email serves as your proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at connect@vidup.in.

4. Access Issues

If your credits do not appear in your account within 10 minutes of a successful payment, email connect@vidup.in with your order ID and registered email address. We will investigate and manually credit your account within 24 hours.
